The Quality

Every aspect of SeaGreen is designed to foster and grow a sense of community and place. There are no apartments as the low density layout (on average 7.5 houses per acre) features ‘home zone’ cul de-sacs and wide open spaces.

Homes will offer traditional character and blend beautifully within the community they are built. Each home will then be equipped with modern, green technologies that also echo the natural surrounds of the development and answer the demand for more ecologically aware, sustainable living.

SeaGreen will boast the highest quality specification and attention to detail in all features of its design, a trademark that people have come to expect from Wood Group Homes.

The Wood Group is a third generation family-run company that have been building premium quality homes for 40 years. Wood Group combine superb craftsmanship and attention to detail with progressive architecture and design, to create homes with character and personality.

The quality of their work can be seen in recent developments such as Churchfields, CherryGlade and the latest offering of Glendale, applauded by the Irish Times and Sunday Business Post.

Coming Soon

Construction has just commenced on the luxury development, with a selection of three, four and five bed homes to become available in the spring of 2016.

Keep checking back on this blog for further updates on SeaGreen. You can also express your interest and find out more through the Wood Group Facebook page, which is monitored every day.
